Ever had a feeling/thought that would not go away? You fight it. You try to forget/ignore/rationalize and still it’s there.

Eventually…by some series of clarifying events…you were able to get rid it..just let it go?. Replacing it with a positive feeling/thought. Chock up the negative feeling to an insecurity/fear/misunderstanding.

Now your mind is at peace. You feel free of the negative feeling/thought.

Then once you are back on secure footing… in a gentle, subtle way the thought becomes real. You get one confirmation, then two, then three.

Now it’s not a thought, but a reality. It’s time to sit with that thought and the feelings it brings. Don’t ignore it. Feel it. Look it right in the face. Converse with your spirit guides on it.

Clarity will come.

And…with that…my REALITY and I need to go have a sit down. Wish me luck!

  1. Good luck to you. 🙂 Sometimes it’s the best thing to do. But if you end up goig in circles, put it away for awhile and then come back to it with new eyes at a later time. *hug*

      Thanks sweetie. I am acually totally ok with this reality. It has lifted it’s “power” over me. I did a fabulous meditation and I am past it now. It was not the reality I thought it was. *L*
